Company Liability

Dispute Resolution – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms of Use shall be governed by Italian law and, in particular, by legislation concerning the protection of personal data (Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the European General Data Protection Regulation) and the laws on information society services (Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce). Any disputes shall be resolved before the courts of Florence, Italy.
